February 6, 2018 #TriCitiesWx Forecast

February 6, 2018

Rain is on the way. Three days of rain are in the forecast, and the first one is tomorrow. Here’s a quick Tri-Cities Weather Blog forecast through Sunday!

  • Tonight-Cloudy, rain developing late. Lows near 40.
  • Wednesday-Cloudy, rain likely. High 51 (likely cooler in the afternoon).
  • Wednesday night-Showers turn to flurries. Low 25.
  • Thursday-Partly to mostly sunny. High 44.
  • Friday-Partly cloudy. High 55.
  • Saturday-Cloudy with scattered rain showers. High 57.
  • Sunday-Cloudy with scattered rain showers. High 59.

Low pressure and a cold front come up from Louisiana and Texas through our area tomorrow. So the clouds that kept us cooler than anticipated today will bring us rain late tonight and through much of Wednesday.

Moisture leaves quickly, so we shouldn’t see much in the way of snow behind the front other than a few flurries tomorrow night. We’ll see dry weather for Thursday and Friday.

Another cold front moves our way this weekend, passing through on Sunday. Both days this weekend look rather wet right now.

I’ll have another update on the forecast soon. Have a great Wednesday!
