October 20, 2017 #TriCitiesWx Forecast

It’s another beautiful fall day around the Tri-Cities! We get two more of those before rain comes in late Sunday. Welcome to the Tri-Cities Weather Blog forecast for tonight through Tuesday!

Temperatures are absolutely perfect today…upper 60’s to low 70’s in the early afternoon can’t be beat! We’ll get up to the upper 70’s each day this weekend before the rains come. Here’s the outlook:

  • Tonight-Mostly clear. Low 42.
  • Saturday-Mostly sunny. High 78.
  • Saturday night-Partly cloudy. Low 44.
  • Sunday-Increasing clouds. Rain holds off until overnight. High 78.
  • Monday-Mostly cloudy with showers and thunderstorms. High 73.
  • Tuesday-Cloudy and cool with rain. High 65.

High pressure starts to move away from us this weekend as a cold front moves in. We’ll see clouds start to move in Saturday night and Sunday, with rain beginning ahead of that front Sunday night.

Heavy rain is possible at times with the rain on Monday, so be aware of that. By Tuesday, we’ll see clouds stick around to keep temperatures low. Clouds should be gone by Wednesday, a chilly day that might not see 60 degrees.

I’ll have another update on the forecast sometime after noon Sunday. I’ll be at Sullivan East tonight as the Sullivan North Golden Raiders play the Patriots at 7:30. Top Gun Radio coverage starts at 7:15 with kickoff at 7:30. Listen in on 96.3 FM and TopGunRadio.com. Have a great weekend!
