August 31, 2017 #TriCitiesWx Forecast

August 31, 2017

It’s way later than I expected today, so after all the clouds and rain today, here’s a outlook-only edition of the Tri-Cities Weather Blog forecast!

I do need to add one point before we get there. What’s left of Hurricane Harvey will move through just to our west through Friday night and then to our north. Better rain chances look to be later tomorrow as it’s at its closest to us. Heavy rain is possible, but we won’t see anything like they received in Texas with this storm.

Here’s the forecast!

  • Tonight-Cloudy with occasional rain showers. Low 64.
  • Friday-Mostly cloudy with scattered showers and maybe a thunderstorm. Highs near 80.
  • Friday night-Rain showers likely, may be heavy at times. Low 62.
  • Saturday-Mostly cloudy, rain showers early. Maybe some afternoon sun. Highs near 70.
  • Sunday-Partly to mostly sunny. High 78.
  • Monday-Partly to mostly sunny. High 84.

There you go…I hope to have more details tomorrow. Have a great Friday!
