July 16, 2017 #TriCitiesWx Weekly Forecast

July 16, 2017

The middle of summer is upon us, and the weather will reflect that this week! Hot conditions will continue in this week’s Tri-Cities Weather Blog weekly forecast!

High pressure will block anything from getting here through the week, so expect a lot of sunshine, heat and increasing humidity through the next five days. Here’s the outlook:

  • Tonight-Partly cloudy, with morning fog possible. Low 62.
  • Monday-Mostly sunny, a small chance of rain in the mountains. Highs near 90.
  • Monday night-Partly cloudy. Low 64.
  • Tuesday-Mostly sunny, with a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm. High 90.
  • Wednesday-Sunny and hot. Highs near 90.
  • Thursday-Mostly sunny and hot. High 92.
  • Friday-Mostly sunny with a few afternoon showers and storms possible. High 93.

I’m not going to drill you with things to do to stay cool this week, you know what to do in terms of drinking water, doing outdoor things in the morning or evening and the like. Do be sure to check on your pets or any elderly folks you know to make sure they are cool this week!

I’ll have updates on the blog throughout the rest of the week, so keep checking here for the forecast. Have a great week!
