July 7, 2017 #TriCitiesWx Forecast

July 7, 2017

The radar is showing little to nothing this afternoon, which is good news! A cold front may bring some storms later tonight and early Saturday before bringing less humidity to us starting Saturday night. Welcome to the Tri-Cities Weather Blog forecast through the weekend!

This one should be a short one, just keep in mind that late tonight through tomorrow morning, scattered showers and maybe thunderstorms will be possible as that front moves through. Rain chances drop for a couple days after that, then summer heat really kicks in. Here’s the outlook:

  • Tonight-Partly cloudy, with showers and storms possible after midnight. Low 68.
  • Saturday-Partly cloudy with a few scattered showers and storms, mostly early. High 85.
  • Saturday night-Partly cloudy and cooler. Low 58.
  • Sunday-Mostly sunny. High 85.
  • Monday-Mostly sunny. High 89.
  • Tuesday-Sunny and hot, a few showers and storms possible in the mountains. High 91.

Some of the rain might extend into early Saturday afternoon, but once they do get out of here they’ll be gone for a while. Toward the middle of next week, the hazy, hot, humid summer days return with highs in the low 90’s a good bet at least Tuesday through Thursday.

Thanks for checking here for the forecast, have a great weekend!
