May 21, 2017 #TriCitiesWx Forecast

May 21, 2017

There’s a lot of rain possible again this week, but not many days will end up like today other than Wednesday. The rest of the time will be off-and-on rain except for Friday. Welcome to the Tri-Cities Weather Blog forecast for the week!

As usual on Sunday nights, it’s outlook only. Here we go!

  • Tonight-A few scattered showers are possible, with fog in spots. Low 62.
  • Monday-A few morning rain showers, partly cloudy late. High 78.
  • Monday night-Partly cloudy with a small chance of rain. Low 57.
  • Tuesday-Partly cloudy with a few scattered showers. High 78.
  • Wednesday-Mostly cloudy with rain and storms likely. High 72.
  • Thursday-Partly to mostly cloudy with some scattered showers and storms. High 68.
  • Friday-Partly cloudy. High 78.

I’ll have more details on the forecast for the rest of the week tomorrow, but between now and then we’ll have a cold front moving through. That will end rain chances during the process of the day on Monday. Low pressure develops in the Gulf on Tuesday, and that’s what brings us rain toward midweek, combined with a cold front moving in from the west.

Thanks for checking here for the forecast, have a great week!
