October 16, 2016 #TriCitiesWx Forecast

October 16, 2016

It’s been a beautiful weekend, and dry! While that’s good for having fun outdoors, we’re still well below average rain wise. And it appears that the deficit will continue for the first few days of the week. Welcome to the Tri-Cities Weather Blog forecast for tonight through Friday!

High pressure dominates our weather through much of Thursday, when a cold front moves in and brings rain chances as early as Thursday afternoon, but mainly Thursday night and Friday. Here’s the full outlook:

  • Tonight-Partly cloudy, with some fog around by morning. Low 53.
  • Monday-Mostly sunny. Highs near 80.
  • Monday night-Partly cloudy to mostly clear. Low 53.
  • Tuesday-Mostly sunny. High 83.
  • Wednesday-Mostly sunny. High 84.
  • Thursday-A sunny morning, with clouds and possible afternoon showers. Highs near 80.
  • Friday-Mostly cloudy, with scattered showers and maybe a thunderstorm. High 65.

I’ll have more details on the front’s arrival late in the week in the coming days. As usual, I’ll attempt to have a forecast on the blog by 6pm each afternoon. Have a great week!
