May 30, 2016 #TriCitiesWx Forecast

May 30, 2016

There are a few clouds around, and some thunderstorms popping up this afternoon. That’s going to continue through the evening, and we might get a dry day tomorrow! Welcome to a short version of the Tri-Cities Weather Blog forecast for the rest of the week!

Straight to the outlook we go, with a short discussion to follow:

Tonight-Partly cloudy, with a couple evening showers and storms Low 59.

Tuesday-Mostly sunny, a small chance of a thunderstorm in the mountains. High 87.

Tuesday night-Partly cloudy. Lows near 60.

Wednesday-Partly to mostly sunny, maybe a pop-up afternoon thunderstorm. High 86.

Thursday-Partly cloudy, with afternoon showers and thunderstorms. High 85.

Friday-Partly cloudy, with scattered showers and storms. High 81.

A cold front will miss us to the north tomorrow, and a second one arrives Friday. That will increase our chances of rain late Thursday and into Friday. Meanwhile, what’s left of Bonnie will stay away from us, moving out into the Atlantic late this week after a long stay in the Carolinas.

That’s it! I’ll have a full discussion tomorrow afternoon, with an outlook on the weekend. Have a great Tuesday!
